I have lived here for going on 2 years now, love the community since it is smaller in size you get to know everyone and is easy to make new friends! Only issue I have had since living here was out AC going out which was fixed by management in a timely manner! 10/10 would recommend!

For a luxury apartment complex, this is not one. It could be. I have lived there for 6 months and still the dishwasher will not work properly, they still have not installed the ice maker and last is that the AC does not work well. The master bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath is about 8° hotter usually than the rest of the apartment. We were told that is normal and there is nothing they can do. I have the room blacked out from any sun. As for the pool area, you will need to clean the pool yourself if you do not want leaves in it during the weekend. Since maintenance does not work during the weekend there’s no one to clean the pool and it’s usually dirty. If you want to get hold of a manager, that is about impossible also. Hopefully this review will help them out knowing that they have big problems.

I moved here August 1 and it’s been a fantastic experience! I am so happy here. It’s very quiet and the location is amazing. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The new management company is outstanding! Kristie runs the office and I cannot give her enough kudos. She even calls me when I get a package! She goes above and beyond to help. I am so happy to have made the decision to move in to Cibola Apartments.

I lived here from 2019-20, and honestly, I miss it. Courteous staff, nice location close to Old Town but far enough away to still be a low-key spot. Appliances were great, units were pretty spacious and refurbished. Maybe I was just lucky, but my neighbors were all quiet and courteous. I've never had such good neighbors in an apt. complex before or since. The main reason I left, and the only reason I can't give this place five stars, is because my unit was right up against Chaparral Road. The sound of traffic was near constant, and if I had a dollar for every time I woke up to the sound of some Honda Civic racing down the road at 3am, I could retire by now. If you're looking to rent here and the unit is closer to Northland Drive, go for it. If your windows face Chaparral, maybe open 'em up while you're doing a walkthrough and make sure if you're okay with hearing that 24/7.
