I had to find a place quickly as I was relocating from the Midwest. Gladis the leasing agent is why I ultimately chose One North. She has been very professional and genuine. Gladis gets 5 stars. One North is a great location and a quiet community. Maintenence issues get handled but you need to be patient. These are the times we live in. The Maintenence Crew have been very friendly. The grounds are mature and beautiful. Well maintained. Pricing well again these are the times we live in.

Although, I didn’t rent a apartment from here. I wanted to give a shout out to Ariya. She has to be the most professional sales person I ever had. They should be lucky to have her. I wish I had her on my team. You should value your employees.

Moved here during the pandemic! Leasing staff at the time was very helpful but has since left. In addition to add to the other negative complaints mentioned parking is horrible, no one keeps up the property except near front office. It’s filthy! Some tenants don’t pick up after their dogs and it’s nasty! Trees are overgrown, gates are broken, trespassing occurs, in addition there are people subletting a sublet which by the way is not legal without background checks and without management approval! Therefore you have no idea what sort of characters are living nearby. And to add these folks make noise all hours of the day and night as if they have no regard for their neighbors! This place used to be nice and has dramatically gone downhill while the prices have escalated out of control. There is no security and no surveillance and increased theft and crime. Where is the customer service because it’s not here!

I’m only giving three because of the unnecessary leaf blowing at 7am every day. It’s so loud!!! Doesn’t seem very considerate for the people who live here and are still sleeping at that time. No grass areas so my dog has to go to the bathroom standing on hot rocks. No dog park. Parking is terrible! Guest parking is on a side street on the other side of the complex. People will park inside the gate to avoid having to walk and will sometimes block you in so you can’t move your own vehicle. The gate has never really worked. Staff is friendly and happy to help if you need it. I don’t like that you have to pay a $40 service fee just to pay your rent online through the portal so I get checks every month to avoid that. This was never discussed upon move in either. It is a beautiful home and I understand wanting it to always look awesome but everyday seems excessive.
