We have lived in this community for almost one year and it has been a very positive experience! When we were shopping for apartments we looked at rentals all over the valley and found this community to be the best value. Being in one of the most desirable locations we would have thought the rent would be much higher, but it wasn’t the case. The community is very well taken care of and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. When our washing machine started to malfunction, the maintenance man came over the same day I reported it to see what was wrong. He asked if he had permission from us to enter later on in the day if we were not home, we said of course. I left to run errands and when I came home there was a brand new washing machine all hooked up and ready to use. I am a very fussy housekeeper and normally I can tell if someone has been in my house, especially if they’re moving out and moving in a washing machine!! I don’t know how he did it but there was no dust or anything out of place! The community is also very quiet and there is no noise from the neighbors above us. The office staff is very friendly, I like to direct my questions to Dawn since she is the most knowledgeable and always follows through with whatever we need. It’s nice to have someone to go to that cares enough about your questions to patiently give you an honest answer. Living in this community has been a wonderful experience and we plan on staying for a long time.

The apartment itself is perfect! ( not to mention the amenities!) I am actually shocked that CG at Old Town doesn't have a 4-5 star rating. It just goes to show you that people tend to only leave reviews as an emotional response to one situation. I have never been more pleased with how seamless Justine made the renting process for me, and I have never been more satisfied with a decision in my life. I would refer this place to anyone looking to move into Old Town Scottsdale 100 times over

I have lived here for two years. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great. Parking can be challenging but overall experience is good.
