I have lived here for about 8 months now and it has been the best apartment experience I've ever had by a mile. I've lived in several apartments in several cities and each had their faults; however, The Standard is flawless. Evelyn is the best property manager ever, she is very friendly and helpful and does an elite job of making sure the residents are comfortable and that everything is firing on all cylinders. Ken and Jack are the most responsive and effective maintenance team I've met and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I can't imagine there being a better living experience anywhere and I will stay here as long as Evelyn, Ken and Jack are here.

When I was looking for a place in Scottsdale, I came across the Standard (during the middle of quarantine). I took a tour and was impressed with the area and overall vibe! What made my decision easier, was working with Karina - who is a star! Every concern was addressed professionally and thoroughly. Since I've arrived, she has gone above and beyond; the Standard is very lucky to have her.

I came in for a tour and the office manager Karina truly makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Coming from a sales background myself for over 20 years, to receive that level of undivided attention is rarely seen anymore unfortunately and goes so far! I promise when you have the opportunity to work with Karina yourself you will ABSOLUTELY be blown away by her work ethic alone, let alone how great the community is! Highly recommend checking this place out, by far the best experience I've had with any rental properties in the area (and I've visited about 12 this week trust me..). Keep up the great work!!! :)
