Do not move here if you like AC, parking, or feeling safe. Let's start with my unit -- I drove across the country to arrive on my move-in date only to find that the apartment wouldn't be ready for 3 more days. They hadn't yet replaced the flooring or sealed the tubs which meant I had to pay for a hotel rather than staying in my very expensive apartment. After moving in, I slept on the couch for a month because the AC in my bedroom didn't work and the room was 10 degrees warmer than the rest of my apartment. Maintenance looked at it multiple times and nothing could be done. Two weeks after moving in my refrigerator broke and couldn't be looked at for 4 days since it was the weekend. I lost $150 worth of food. As for parking, there are over 350 units in the complex and only 1 assigned parking spot for each (even for 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms). There are 100 unassigned parking spots that everyone else is left fighting for. If you come home late at night you have no chance of finding parking. Other things to note -- management does not deal with any issues that arise at night because it is "after business hours". Even major safety issues. Homeless people live in the pool bathrooms at night, wander the property, and harass tenants. Management is aware, does nothing, and has told guests to call the police instead.

The apartment is old but decent. Window screens had holes, water has been out a few times, and my air went out once. Called the emergency line when my air went out and there was no answer. They eventually fixed it; luckily it wasn't the middle of summer. If you're moving here and plan to utilize the gym, it seems to be closed a lot. They did "upgrades," and it looked exactly the same with the same old equipment. It's been closed for another two weeks because of a simple lock issue as well.

Just moved in. Grounds look good. Apartments are well appointed. Parking is SCARCE!

I love being here on the greenway. Grounds are kept up nicely and apartments are upgraded. It's a little pricey but I like having nature around me.

No, it’s an unfortunate situation. They had no other option than to close the amenities. Everyone lost, sometimes it’s not about money but about your/our safety.
I believe there is a sticker on the covered parking that has the information
Per the mail carrier, she was having an issue locking that section of the mailboxes. So she pulled all of the mail from that section and kept it safe until the repairs were completed the next business day.
Google Maps says 9 minutes by vehicle, 3.3 miles.
I don’t think they do.
Hi Nell, we do not offer attached garages, but we do offer reserved covered parking here at San Tropez. Hope that helps. :)
