This clinic is so frustrating to deal with. I've been dealing with multiple issues since getting out of the military my torn shoulder, knee injury, etc. Half the time my referrals never go through than by the time my time my referral goes through it's already been a couple months. So I basically am waiting months trying to get the care I need or never getting it! The VA is so disappointing no matter where you go.

Unfortunately not. I believe you had to go to the 7th St location for that but it's a wonderful clinic once you're registered. They have excellent rec therapy Friday options for veterans :)

No, VA uses an outside contractor for evaluation. I went to AZ Dept of Veteran's Services and they set it up for me. After they approve it VA supplies hearing aids and batteries.
