TLDR; ROACHES and HORRIBLE SERVICE! I do not recommend this place at all!!!! we weren’t serviced for over 15 mins after being seated, after a while we were like wait… how long have we been here and not been offered our drink order or a hello. We had to chase down someone to serve us. Pizza took over 80 mins to reach our table. Meanwhile lots of parties AFTER US were getting their pizza. Some tables have already had multiple pizzas being sent there way through the night. We were the LAST people at the restaurant. No one told us where our pizza was until we tracked down our “server” when then another server came over to us and told us what happened to our pizza (made over 3 times - forgot about 3 pizzas. And finally the pizza they bring us out WAS WRONG. we asked for no onion and what did we see LOTS OF onion on our pizza. He then offered we can make another pizza. UH NO THANKS. IM FRICKEN STARVING ILL TAKE OFF THE ONIONS. Oh when the manager came over to us that lady come over and said “I have no idea what happened but the pizza is on us” WHAT THEY COULDVE DONE: - tell us what was happening to our pizza -bring us an extra appetizer while we waited NOW the roaches Outside crawling everywhere. Don’t give this place business. As for the food Salad was yummy Pizza was meh Not worth spending 2 hours for pizza.

The pizza at Grimaldi's is 5 star worthy, but I have to knock them down one star for their prices. I knew what to expect because I've eaten at a Grimaldi's in Dallas and Charleston before, but still, it's expensive pizza considering they charge $3-5 per topping. What brought me in to this location is that I received a coupon for a Free Large Pizza with 1 Topping for my birthday, thanks to signing up for their email club (Thank you, Grimaldi's)! Their shaded patio with misters and string lights was a nice spot to dine on a warm weekday afternoon. I was seated and greeted promptly, and checked on appropriately throughout the meal. For food, I had a small Caesar salad which could've been split with someone. Was it good? Yes, it tasted like every other Caesar salad I've ever had. Worth $8? Probably not. I'd prefer a smaller serving size for a smaller price, as $8 felt like a bit much for what it was really worth. The pizza however, was delicious! I love the thin, crispy crust and red sauce. I only had room for 2 slices at lunch, but am eager to have the rest as leftovers! I'd definitely recommend this restaurant for an upscale pizza night.

This was my First time to visit, however it will no be my last. Jacob was Outstanding as our waiter. Let's talk about the food, some of the best food I've eaten in a long time.( See photos ) Highly recommend you stop by if your within 50 miles. Be sure to ask for Jacob, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy !!!!

Trevor was absolutely horrible. He did not have a positive, helpful or considerate attitude. We asked for a heater to be turned on (it’s 63° out) and he tried to turn on the heater, but it didn’t have gas. Instead of offering to change out a tank, he came back and asked my table “do you really want the heater on?”. We had dead silence for about 10sec because we couldn’t believe how rude he was. I had a separate pizza ordered than the other 3 people at my table, and it was a traditional with pepperoni. My small pizza came out without pepperoni and he didn’t apologize but instead took it back and said “oh they’re throwing pepperoni on there”. Meanwhile my friends got their pizza and in the time it took to remake my pizza, they had finished eating. Both of our pizzas came out to us barely warm, and rapidly cooled down. I’ve been to other Grimaldi’s but never have had a server who had such a bad attitude like this server did. We are tipping because we hope he only is having a bad day, and doesn’t treat everyone like this. I really wish a manager would have come up to check on us during this meal so I didn’t have to write this review.
