I keep telling myself..I’m not coming back to this store, and yet I try to give them one more chance for my business, and it’s worse service than ever. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this location(maybe it’s all) has the worst version of the Walgreens associates I have ever seen. The native girl behind the counter was smug, didn’t try and use my “rewards card” and frankly comes off like she could care less about any customer concerns. I know it’s hard to get decent help since the pandemic, and I’m always very aware of how tough it is working with the general public, but this place is ridiculously bad, and have lost me and my family as regular customers forever.

I’ve been waiting for over 11 days for a prescription with no notification of delay. I received a text message claiming it’s ready, after 15 min on hold I discovered it was not in fact ready. It’s completely unacceptable for your health to be disregarded and ignored by a medical professional that is employed to help you. This is the same experience that I had with the nearby CVS.

The absolute WORST location I have ever been to. We had a prescription sent here after an ER visit. We came by a few hours later to pick up the prescription and sat in line for 40 minutes. Pulled up to the window for them to let us know that they did not have the medication and could order it and get it in 2 days or so. We don’t have 2 days, and if you didn’t have the prescription why wouldn’t you have reached out? Or could you have called and said that another location had it available? Nope, they basically told us tough luck and to call around to other Walgreens locations to see if they had it. No assistance or even an ounce of empathy whatsoever. Called the store on Thomas and they had it in stock, transferred our prescription and had it ready in an hour. Please please don’t waste your time here, any other location is worth the drive.

Was told by honor Osborn the prescriptions were sent to the Walgreens to pick them about 2 hours after honor said that, and the pharmacy tech said it would be 10-15 minutes. Went to Starbucks to grab a drink then sat in the car for 15 more minutes. 20 minutes in total and went back in. Got a different pharmacy tech person and they said the scrip still not filled it would be 10-15 minutes. This pharmacy sucks. If you get a prescription sent here transfer it to your normal pharmacy right away.
