STOP LYING The owner created a story about me changing the bobbin case, so the machine stopped working!! Instead of simply saying that they don’t know how to fix THE MACHINE!! & why on earth would i change that bobbin case !!!!!!!!!!!!!????? the bad attitude is the strategy at that store. & I’m not gonna say that they took the bobbin case! I will say that they forgot to put it back. Which COSTED ME 30$ EXTRA for another one at the repair store. and 185$ TO FIX THE MACHINE that i never touched. i HAVE A PROOF FROM 2 PROFESSIONAL THAT THE MACHINE WAS HAVING A TIMING PROBLEM. if you do this to a student with no income, then you ABSOLUTeLY not helping the community.

I really love the concept of creative reuse recycling but I had a terrible interaction with someone over the phone at remainders. I was moving and had some stacks of magazines, when I called he rudely told me they wouldn't take them and had no help on where to go. Zero help and lots of attitude.

Awesome place! It's really great to get to donate sewing and crafting supplies to a place that appreciates them and offers them to customers at good rates. Everyone was really kind and helpful! I'll definitely be back before i head to buy supplies at a joann's or Michaels.
