We took our Elantra to this Mavis on a busy Saturday with no appointment for a huge nail in the rear drivers side tire. We were told it would be a couple hours but we decided to wait and see what happens. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and the team got us out of there in under 2 hours. There is plenty to do around the shopping center to keep you busy. On top of that, we were not charged for the flat repair. Definitely will be visiting this store for any other unexpected (and expected) car needs.

Was doing some work on my truck myself and realized that the last tire shop over tightened my lug nuts to the point where my tools couldn’t break them loose. Jay jumped in and broke them off for me in a matter of minutes. Even torqued then all the exact same so that I could get them off. Appreciate the service!

I sent my wife here for a simple tire change and balance due to a screw in the sidewall, along with an oil change. Low and behold, she comes back with a $300.00 bill. After looking it over, I find these people took the liberty to do unnecessary work that wasn’t requested. The first time I had this issue I thought it may have been a fluke, things happen. This time it is surely intentional. If you aren’t aware of certain service costs please speak with someone knowledgeable before allowing this company to work on your vehicle.

I found this place three years ago and I been going there every since. I bought my tires there, have oil change and they also rotate my tires. When they took long they gave me a free oil service. I have problems with my car they handle my every need. Kind and professional service and a willing to help in every way. I have 14.99 oil changes at Nissan for the life of my car, but even tho I pay a little more, I still take it to mavis. I have my friend going there too. Great place. Great SERVICE.
