King Kia is known for being the best Kia dealership in MD… but I will say their finance guy (nirza) needs to recieve more training and let go of his own ego and pride and be more friendly to the customer. Boris and Man man wong were amazing throughout this whole process I highly recommend speaking to them if you’re interested in purchasing a car Even tho my experience with the finance guy was terrible, I appreciate the sales manager giving me a call. It trully shows the dealership is looking out for their customers and wants to be known for amazing service. Thank you guys for my 2022 Kia Sorento!

Service department is horrendous. Months of waiting for service and no response. I even complained to KIA corporate and they dont call back. DO NOT BUY A KIA, especially here. In general the service for kia cars is trash. Ive owned 4 of them, and service has deteriorated over the years, severely.

If you are looking for a Kia, I would highly recommend visiting King Kia, specifically the Sales Manager, Nan. She is honest, transparent and doesn't play "negotiating games". This was a great overall buying experience.
