It started with a phone call, well she called me back and came off kinda rude, she said they had the two tires that I was looking for 245/70/r16 and they were like new. She said $80 a piece, which is very high but she said like new, so I drove 20 miles one way to get since I was having trouble locating that size. They were not there when I got there, they finally pulled up with there little tea cup size dog, no sorry for being late, her and her man come off with there higher than you attitude! I get the tires, her man puts them on. This is at the end of April! The ford explorer the tires are going on I drive 20 times a year. So in June the one on the passenger front side bubbles up and I think we’ll I hit a pot hole or something, so I have to buy another tire. Well in July the front driver side does the same thing, then I knew she sold me like new dry rotted tires!!! So I call and he says you will have to come in, so I do, which they were avoiding the call from me no answer so I went on up there and she said no tire replacement and no refund! Which I knew what that fake bleach blonde woman was going to say as her man was working on the boat I help buy with there over priced dry rotted tires!!! There tires are no good and there customer service ethics suck!!!

Wife had a flat tire, Julio came back in after already leaving, noticed the tire had some small splits in it and was able to get me a replacement tire right then. Very grateful for their fast and outstanding service

I stopped by on my way out of town and they were able to take care of my leaky tire on the spot. Very attentive, fixed a guard at no extra charge. I am extremely impressed with these guys and recommend them 100%. It’s not everyday you find a company so caring.
