This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. IF YOU HAVE A TIRE BLOWOUT OR REQUIRE ANY TIRE SERVICE NEVER EVER HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED HERE OR SERVICED HERE. I had the WORST experience with a man I can’t believe is the store manager. I had a blowout on the freeway and called ahead to make sure this location could service me. I spoke to Doug to verify if they had my tire size available and made sure they could service me that same day. Doug confirmed they could so I told him I would have my vehicle towed there. When we arrived he tried to remove the tire and then said “they didn’t have the right tools or man power to do the job” ….. I was shocked to hear that because I had called earlier to confirm if they could service me that same day. Douglas told me I could leave the car there overnight and that they would have the right “tools” the next day. That made no sense. I asked Doug why he would lie to me on the phone. I then told him I have never heard of a tire and auto shop not having the right tools to handle a blowout. Doug then became unprofessional, belligerent and started cursing at me. He was CURSING and was LOUD about it. I never raised my voice to him and I never cursed at him. I simply questioned his integrity. I didn’t deserve that level of disrespect as a person and a potential customer. I refused to trust this shop with my vehicle knowing this man was a store manager. I called another towing company to pick me up and took my vehicle to DISCOUNT TIRE where the managers and service team are all professional, kind, respectful, and fully capable of servicing a blowout in minutes. Go to Discount Tire folks. They will service you with integrity, they also have the right skills, are knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect.

Absolutely the BEST!!!! I went to another tire shop that told me that couldn't help because I did not buy a tire with them. We call Mavis and spoke with Aaron. He told us that they would be able to help with no issues. It was running pretty close to their closing time, but he was still available to help. We were in and out in no time. Aaron also helped me with my cell phone issue, which is a reason for the whole situation! Aaron, you are a life saver! Your customer service is impeccable and genuine!! Much success to you and the company. I will be returning for future services!!

Tyrell, the store manager was so amazing! I needed my car to travel to New Orleans and I only had one quick tire to replace. He worked with me and fit me in his schedule so I was able to travel. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. If you need a new tire, come to this Mavis location on Lee because they will work with you no matter what! I will definitely be back.
