One of my favorite places to go to get my custom cakes. The customer service is amazing & the outcomes of the cakes are amazing! Besides this the actual cake is actually really delicious. I been coming here I want to say for almost 2 years now & I will keep coming!

The pastry tasted awful and tasted like soap they looked like coochies with cream and it wasn't what i asked for, they could've explained what they were like and all they said was "it's what we have" and they were hella silent to the point i couldn't even hear what they were saying plus it's expensive for like 9 of what i got. I purchased a box of Latifeh as a small gift for a customer. When I got the box it was really dirty. It was full of what looked like grease and filling. I asked the cashier to please exchange the box as it was a gift. She gave me another dirty box.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience with this bakery for a birthday cake. Stay away if you can! The owner was an extremely rude person. Did not deliver the cake we asked for (picture provided) and said we do our own version; charged us an arm and a leg; got upset that we called to complain about how he rushed us out the door when we were paced the order and cussed and yelled at us that he can’t fix the cake he messed up on right away because he was behind on his orders. Treated the previous client the same way! Needs serious anger management. Never going back! What an awful experience that should have been a nice one.
