Our rental car had a sudden flat tire in the middle of our drive home (with over 3 hours left to go) - AAA helped get us a tow & recommended calling a tire shop. I was so lucky that it was this one! Taylor was incredibly nice & took us in even though there was a 2-hour wait for service & he could easily have said no. We sat in the air-conditioned waiting room and were back on the road when the shop closed for the night. The issue? A puncture - easily repaired & a small charge for the shop. But we were treated the same as folks spendings hundreds. I couldn't recommend Taylor & this location (and the skilled mechanics!) any higher - he really saved the day for us.

This place is awesome! I only wish I had gotten the names of the men who assisted us as I would love to thank them publicly. My husband and I got a flat tire on a drive from Boston to Michigan and most places in the area were closed. We were about fifteen minutes away and we called them and were told to come right over. When we arrived they helped us right away. The tire was changed quickly and we were able to continue our journey. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend.
