I really liked this place when I first moved in, but it has consistently gone downhill even with the increased rents. First, the north spa tub is never working and is always dirty. The north pool is also dirty and needs to be cleaned. The A/C in the unit is so loud, you have to blast the volume on your TV. While most neighbors seem kind, there are a few who don’t follow rules including picking up after their dogs, smoking marijuana on property, and blasting loud music. There is definitely some noise to be expected since there are many businesses nearby, but I would say most of the noise comes from people speeding through the parking lot and semi trucks that are parked there all night. The apartments are very outdated for the rents. I went to check the app for my next rent payment and found out Henri was no longer being used. It was that day, we were all notified that it is now a Cortland property. Thanks for the notice. That same day, I went to use the gym and my key was not working. Quite honestly, I wish I had not just renewed my lease, because for the price I could live in a more updated community. Anyone who is willing to pay $1786 for a one bedroom at this place is crazy.

We just moved away from Centerra to take a job in another state but I didn't want to leave without adding my 2 cents about Centerra. The staff at Centerra are incredible people. Maintenance and Office staff (the people we interacted with) always had a smile, a kind word, and would alway be quick to respond. Miguel, Osvaldo, Bernadette and Jessica are top notch and always care about the tenants. We used to swimming pools and hot tubs. We really weren't workout people so we didn't use the gym. We did use the package system and it helped a bunch. We always felt safe leaving our son and other vehicle unattended by going on trips and such for work or business and once on a vacation. If you're curious about staying here and only read the negative reviews, try reading the positive ones too. I'm sure there will be people that just can't be pleased but I will end with this. You get back what you put in to anything in life.

I absolutely love living at these apartments!! I have been here almost a year now and everyone has been so great!! When ever I put in a work order maintenance is quick to respond!! They always go above and beyond to get the job done!! The ladies in the office are amazing and so helpful!! They notify me when I have packages in the office or check the lockers if it is misplaced. They also have been quick to respond to any questions I have about anything. The property itself has changed so much since I moved in and I mean in a great way with all the upgrades they have made to make the property enjoyable for everyone!! All the staff is so friendly even with my kids!! I strongly recommend moving here I couldn’t be happier
