Changing my five star review to one. Where is James? The nicest, most respectful worker/manager to the now very condescending workers and manager. Prices have quadrupled. They deface every item of clothing with permanent marker. They now want ten dollars for “boutique” items. They are literally putting the price in PERMANENT MARKER on the front of purses!! Why would I buy a purse that anybody who sees it can see exactly what I paid? They do not honor their 50% off sales unless you specifically remind them “um hey, the toys are 50% off, per your giant sign at the front” , that innocent reminder is met with aggravation and rudeness. I’m done with the Homosassa location, which used to be my favorite. I’ll just give my business to Herrys, or Sanctuary, they actually appreciate the customers that keep them open.

Staff is ok, prices are terrible. I can only justify buying most things if it’s a sale day on something. I don’t know what happened to all the “thrift” stores over the years. This is donated stuff, not an antique booth. Sell the stuff and get money for your organizations. Stop ripping people off. It’s like they have never been to other retail stores. Why would I pay 4$ for an old ratty towel when I can go to Ross and get a new one for 5.99$. Not only that they have another higher price for “bath sheet”, yet not a cheaper price for a small 70s towel that is the size of a hand towel. They will say a towel is a towel but not if it a bath sheet. Lol Even on sale days, let’s say they have a sale on “end tables”, just know, this isn’t for the end table you want, they will say that it is a “side table” or something along those Lines. I wanted to buy a picture when pictures were on sale and they said same thing again, that what I had isn’t a picture it’s “art”. It’s the most insane thing. My husband and I joke when I pick up something on sale, I’ll say watch they will say this isn’t what it actaully is. So if you want to have a fun argument as to what something is, this is the place. Happy hunting.

Great pricing on clothing! Couple complaints. 1 - They use permanent marker on items to write pricing. I can not get it off some of my items. Is it that expensive to have a sticker? I will not buy a purse with a marker price right on it. 2 - The man working today 12/12/21. Obviously didn’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. This was my first time in there and I apparently missed out on reward points!? He didn’t even ask me! But asked my mom! 3 - They don’t clean anything up at all. Some of the items are pretty gross for the price. Some things had such a thick layer of dust of it just turned me off from buying it.

Not a bad thrift store. Got some good stuff for great prices. Will definitely come back again.

They always are. If you need pickup you can call and set up a time. If not then I would suggest taking the donated items up during operational hours because after hours the items sometimes get dropped off and random people go thru them before employees get a chance to take them inside and inspect/go thru donated items.
Yes
They do take some matresses
