A true joke of a place, after months of complaining, I finally have moved out after giving notice due months ago!! The office only cares about 1 thing of course , money and occupancy!! My apartment was spotless with a few minor issues and my final bill was 3400.00 just to move out ! Don’t move here!!! The place has gone to the dogs ?? 3 dogs above the unit and 2 dogs nonstop barking next door!!! Response from office is to call police!! I was told to record any barking issues which I did and presented them to office to get a response from a petty lawyer that said we were harassing the neighbors by recording!! Question? How can we make noise recording??? The place has many occupancies for a reason Save 2000.00 A month and go elsewhere!!

I have been here at Scottsdale Horizon almost 6 years and my experience here has been top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in this part of town. And as far as the staff, there has been a turnover with some staff but Olivia has been a standout in helping with any questions or assistance I may ever need. She is very patient and knowledgeable for this guy who sometimes is not an expert on technology. The maintenance staff, Hector & Gian, have also been quick to respond whether it be as simple as new light bulbs or if it's more involved like needing a new microwave or garbage disposal. Thanks.

So its an extremely cute complex but the real win is the customer service coming out of this place. The woman who lead our tour Dawn was amazing. My boyfriend and I would have definitely signed here if the apartment was a little bigger. I can't even express how refreshing it is to not get another robot during this process. We have looked at several place now and this is the first time someone was genuinely nice to us. Thank you for all the helpful tips on the area. And this is definitely our number one back up plan! You are the best and I assume the entire staff is like this.

I forgot to write a review when I originally moved in but I’ve never had such a great experience on moving to a new location. I had three days to get out of my former apartment and into a new one and Dawn made the transition so easy and exciting. I got moved in a matter of one day. I now live here and I love it! THANK YOU DAWN FOR EVERYTHING!!
