Positive: This hotel is in need of a remodel and has some shortcomings. The staff seemed to know that and tried to do their best to work around their own situations. I think they wanted to do the best they could. There was a shuttle to the airport and nice lady Negative: The phone lines didn¿t work so you couldn¿t call the office. There was no Wi-Fi in the business office so we could not print our boarding passes. The second floor hallway was hot and looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed in days. lobby ladies toile

I don’t understand how this hotel received a 3.5 stars because the minute you walk in the hotel, you can immediately see that it is old and outdated. The lobby furniture is old and dirty and I started to question what the rooms would look like. The carpets are old and dirty and needs to be replaced, not vacuumed. The room was even worst. The room smelled of mold and dirt (can’t even describe that smell) and scented candles won’t help. The furniture looks like they have never been updated since the hotel was first built. The sheets (which at one point were white) are old and dirty with yellow stains. Asked for fresh sheets (maybe I can tolerate staying) and the fresh sheets looked the same. The mattress and furniture in the rooms has not been replaced since the hotel was build either. I’m sure they’ve been washed but they had yellow stains that no amount of bleach can remove. When we complained to the front desk about the room,, he says he knows about the issues with that room and will change the room. Well, why did you put us in there in the first place? The replacement room was just as horrible. Needless to say we were here for basketball tournament and most hotels were booked and the front says “we’ll refund you with no charge.” Guess he was thinking we wouldn’t find any where else to go, It was challenging but we were able to find rooms at Home 2 Suites. When I went and told him a few minutes after he offered to cancel without a fee that we were checking out he says “as long as you didn’t destroy anything.” I don’t even know when I would of had time to destroy anything since we walked I in, pulled the sheets to look at the bed and walked out. We didn’t spend one night at that hotel. I DON”T RECOMMEND this hotel anyone. This is one trip I would of slept in my car if I had to! They need to tear this hotel down and start over.

Two night stay. We asked for and were given a quiet room. (The front side of the hotel faces an open air restaurant with loud live music on Saturday night.) Sadly the floor of the room wasn't well vacuumed, and a return to the front desk was also needed to get the normal compliment of bathroom amenities. On the plus side, no bed bugs were found, and the AC, toilet, tv, & shower worked. The room wasn't cleaned the following day until we requested for the second time that it be vacuumed. It would appear that their housekeeping is allowed to have low standards. We would advise that you look elsewhere.

Looks nice on outside... maybe will say even when you walk in... but.. air freshener is so loud smelling. I was in room 103. Hot tub room. Air barely worked. Room was musty smelling like cigarettes... carpet felt disgusting from being wet... I felt breakfast wasn't too bad.

Yes. There is an Olive Garden at the entrance to the La Quinta. Great service and good food.
