Stefanie from Redmond, OR. was at our house to check my wife's oxygen equipment. She was the best rep that we have seen in many years. She took the time to ask questions, demonstrate the equipment, see if we had any questions, and all around super person. My wife called her a " a ray of sunshine ". I talked to the branch manager and explained to him of our pleasure with dealing with Stefanie. I am stingy with 5 stars

I've been with Norco-Redmond for a few years now. I'm mostly favorable towards this employee owned company. Jerry, the guy who handles oxygen and oxygen related tools is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. My only complaint is when I call, depending on who I get, I end up calling a couple times to get a knowledgable answer. My main question to this company is; Why don't you jump into this century and start supplying Imogen Concentrators to those who can use them? They mostly have settings 1 through 5 and at the half Mark's after one to five. Lightweight, easy to use and much more portable than having to deal with original tanks for O2. Sometimes the tanks are only half full when I get them which limits me to about 5 hours. Recently I spent the weekend with my Niece and we went through 4 tanks and started a 5th to come home. They had to make 3 extra trips into town from Gateway because of my O2 needs! Imogen store up to 5 litres but I would be able to plug it in as needed. Because of this issue I gave you a 3. If I have to continue to beg I will find another provider even if it means I will have to use more than 1 provider

Brandi is amazing. She went above and beyond for me to get a new CPAP setup. Would highly recommend for any of your medical equipment needs. I will not be going anywhere else.

I have been to this location several times over the past few years and prefer it. I Even if they are busy they have been helpful and courteous. More recently I started CPAP myself. Brian was so helpful in teaching me about my new machine, my husband wishes he had the same training years before. We are both doing well with our treatment now thanks to Brian!

What is your quietest oxygen concentrator? I have a Phillips Respironics and I have to put it in a different room to sleep.
