Internet goes in and out. Also this connection is 11 mb not 20 as advertised. Customer service could use some help to. Called many times and left messages with no response. It's so hard to get ahold of them, that my bill is late because they don't answer the phones ever. I left many messages with no response so I guess my internet is free til someone calls me back. Update: my internet is now running at 5-6 mbps if I'm lucky. I see it at 500kbps sometimes now, continually spiking internet speeds cause very unstable connections, and to boot I'm getting double billed and they dont know how to fix and wont call me back as usual. This company is a joke. Stick with CenturyLink for half the price. At least you know they are bad going into it. Well new update: they have continually overcharged me for 3 months without fixing it all to have some brat call me back with the name of soscia giving me attitude because she sent an email to the wrong address. Horrible customer service would be a nice statement about these people.

Love this company! They are so helpful. Poor IT guy sat on the phone with me to help me with an issue! He even called back during the week to still check up and see if we were okay!!!

We have had Quantum/LS Networks at our business for over three years. I like working with a local company and whenever I go into their office, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are a great company and Oregon owned! We never have issues with speed or reliability. Since they give unlimited data, we can let our members get on the wifi for FREE. We own Body Smart Fitness in Redmond. I would recommend them to anyone for their home or business all through Central Oregon.

Absolutely loved this company. The internet and ISP's are two things I feel strongly about. The big companies are frequently in the news due to their attacks on net neutrality, slow speeds, high prices, and terrible customer service. When I moved to the area, what mattered most to me was that an ISP didn't have data caps. It's a garbage business practice and only exists to increase profits. You'll see other ISP's in the area offer plans with monthly caps of 250GB, 500GB, and 750GB unless you bundle with TV then they'll remove the caps. Quantum does not have data caps, it is truly unlimited internet. I had their 50/5 package and speedtest confirmed I was getting every last bit of that speed. They are also locally owned and operated and have fantastic customer service. If you live in an area where Quantum is available, get it! They are the best in central Oregon without question.
