I wish -10 was an option. Horribly unprofessional. Tried to force me into signing an agreement to owe them thousands of dollars or face an eviction (my move out date was the 1st, I was 90% complete on the 3rd, clearly moving out and they filed for eviction) on my record and loose my housing assistance. Rebecca also lost her temper, stormed into my place and into the bedroom with no notice or permission and threatened me. She also, in open court, admitted to coming into my fenced yard and taking pictures of someone sleeping on the floor in the living room as proof that I was still there (except I had moved out and am unaware of who was there) another clear violation of privacy and landlord tenant laws. Needless to say I chose to go to court. I wonder how many other people they have tried to strong arm into paying outlandish move out charges. Their arrogance and superiority ended up costing them. With their stuck up demeanor they walked right into the courtroom assuming I'm a single, broke mom that knew nothing and walked back out owing me over $1400 with the ability to take them back to small claims for another judgment. The worst part is they were given the option to call it a wash, they keep the $1400+ and leave the eviction off my record and they refused. They would rather pay the money and make me lose my housing assistance, it was out of sheer spite. They have yet to return any of my deposits or return my emails. Should have know when they tried to give credit advise before movein and catching them on security cameras making inappropriate comments. Steer clear. Edit--> there are no accusations here. My statements are all verifiable by public records and court documents. I have not recieved any deposit refunds or response to my email requesting more information for the outlandish and inflated charges. I would love if you would tell me what "really" happened since apparently this is the only location I can get a response. For 30 years in the biz I would assume someone would know the appropriate laws and be prepared for court. The entry laws are very clear and to go to court knowing you violated them and then admit in open court to doing it again was classic. I also would say that the only reason you haven't had to follow thru with an eviction would be because most people would sign the debt documents to save the eviction stamp from their record. I was unwilling to rollover and take it. Your a freakin scam artist. Nothing has happened to me other then you trying to blackmail me. I also love your responses on this google review page... Classic.

I was leaving the restaurant near their location and noticed two employees from here talking about how several restaurant goers had blocked their parking area, so in turn they blocked all of those cars in. It was snowy, and impossible to see marked parking areas unless you looked to the side of the lot where specific signs were posted, so I could see how there could be confusion on where to park. Either way, these two employees voiced their frustration to a person going to one of the vehicles they had blocked, the gentleman apologized and eventually asked if they could move their vehicles so he could leave. The response was "I'll move it when I'm ready". The gentleman then became upset from what I could see, telling them his little boy was in the truck getting cold. The employee finally walked over and moved her car back. If this behavior is any indication of the professionalism of this business, then I would steer clear.

Honest, fair, and prompt. From the very beginning Inner Mountain has been amazing to work with. They were so communicative and helpful during the application process and when we needed to amend our lease. If you're looking for rentals or management that is professional, warm, and reliable you'll find it with Inner Mountain. All it takes is a phone call or stopping by their office and you'll see for yourself what a great business they are!
