In the short time I’ve lived here this has been such a great place to live in! The pool area is always clean and the landscaping in the complex is taken care of regularly making it look nice at all times. The cute lobby area and gym are also an extra bonus to have here. Also, huge shoutout to Brad, the maintenance tech. He has fixed and tended to anything that needed to be touched up or fixed in a timely manner. As a single woman, it is so nice to have someone friendly in your home who is trustworthy/safe lending a hand to help out. Thanks to all of the staff here for making this a nice environment to live in!

We lived there for 2 years and I have nothing to say but the most amazing things about this place. The maintenance dude always reached out me in a timely matter and resolved our issues with our dishwasher not draining and our clogged garbage disposal. The pool always looked well maintained. it never looked green or messy. It would be unfair if I didn't tell how thankful we felt about him being around regardless what time it was even after hours. Now Rosa the property manager was absolutely amazing! Every time I asked her for help she would stop what she was doing in order to help me with either packages or printing documents or general questions etc. In the morning when I was on my way to work she would always greats me with a friendly face and a great attitude, she's just that type of girl who really cares and goes beyond or take an extra mile to make sure everyone is being taken care of. Not to mention that the property always looked in great shape. When I saw something dirty and I report it they would take care of it right away keeping the property pristine. However, I could be here telling you how thankful we were about them managing this community, not just about the staff but also the community in general. I made some really good friends there. We often spent time gathering together to share a glass of wine or even some appetizers or just hanging out at the pool. Sadly we had to move to another state. Thank you so much again Rosa and Abner! You guys really made me feel like being at home. I will miss you guys so much.
