My garbage disposal had stopped working, something was caught in it. I put my order in before the office opened, maintenance was at my door right away and resolved the problem. Whenever I put in a request they are always here in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the staff here at the Sands.

They have a very strict 10pm curfew. If you have a small child and that child is not asleep by 10pm you too may have the police called on you and forced to leave when the lease is up.

There's no washer/dryer in unit and the laundry facilities have been broken into before. Other than that, very good communication from the office and nice apartments. Infrequent pests and timely maintenance. The prices could be better.

Very good place
We consider all verifiable forms of income in our rental criteria. To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2x total rent.
