Want to call maintenance and never have it come? Have your genuine complaints go in one ear and out the other and to never be taken seriously? Do you want to move in a "clean" cockroach infested apartment? Then by golly, this is the place to live for you! Not too mention the police are always around here, in the parking lot or in the area! But wait theres more, youll have to see it to believe it! EDIT- Management change, after selling the apartments the new ownership is completely over their heads, have no idea what they are doing and have put us in a bigger financial struggle cause of their mess ups.

Ive been a resident here for 6 months now its so hard to get help around here. Ive had a work order in for over a month now and no response as to why they cant come. I also called the towing company TWICE in one night and no one ended up coming. Im not happy at all. I have a baby and the closet doors are heavy, ive been waiting for over a month to have them fixed, to be able to access my closets and to make sure they dont hurt anyone! This complex is a joke!

Rosa helped us get an apartment and was so nice about it! I have to say I’ve spoken to most of the girls in the office and they are super friendly! Dina was so nice and helpful. They all helped make this move a bit easier for us since we are coming from the east coast. They were very welcoming which is something I don’t see too often coming from nyc so I’m glad I get to see it in my new apartment building! Thanks a ton!

The office and staff members are fantastic! Every time I go in to pick up a package or have a question they are always there with smile on there face and always positive! And the maintenance is great! My AC went out they were able to fix it and kept me in the loop the whole way threw!! Living in an apartment can be difficult but when the staff are all great and friendly it makes it way easier!
