I’m a agency CNA work at this facility I have to say this is one of the most cleanest facility I have worked in as a CNA . They had a full linen and supply closet the CNA,s I worked with as well as the nurse was very welcoming and very sweet . The nurse did her rounds to check on her residence she was very caring and very compassionate towards them Virginia is a great Nures .

My brother was in a Personal Care Home, and needed to move to a facility that could give a higher level of care than he was getting at the PCH. I was in a time crunch to get him moved, and the staff at Riverside, in conjunction with Hospice, was able to process all of his information very quickly. They had, in 3 days time, gotten everything lined up for him to be admitted, but, sadly, 2 days before that, he passed away. I was very impressed with the attention and follow-through that I saw with the staff, which seems to be going away in these times.
