I am so upset with the doctor that I seen yesterday she came and said are you having chest pains i said no and I gave her the paper that the hospital gave me and she asked me again was I having chest pains really so I guess the nurse that took my information says someone totally different than what I told her just sad. So I called this morning to the mammogram department and the the lady that I spoke to said she sent something totally different over to them what kind of mammogram that I needed. After I told her so many times in the office what kind of mammogram. I needed she did not. Do WHAT I said and the paperwork said smh. after Dr Jones left I don't know what is going on with this places I'm hoping that I can find me a doctor to see cuz I was not too Pleasant with her at all. the nurse that came in to see me was nice but she left the room and told me I'm going to come back and do your blood pressure did she know she didn't I mean really people this is a doctor office's take care of y'all. patients. the front staff girl was really nice and I told the doctor about my other problems I'm having she's like I'm not worried about that right now really why not this is why I want to find another doctor like I said after dr Jones left this place went downhill.

I have been a patient here for the last 3 years, never have I seen so many different people pertaining to my health. The turnover rate is horrible. The support staff do not care. It takes forever to get prescriptions after an appointment or when calling it in. When to contact them about your prescription you get the run-around. The Office Manager is never available to address your issues. I’m going to make a complaint to my insurance company, because they don’t complete there services, but charge you. I’m currently looking for another doctor.

I've been going here for years but for whatever reason this place isn't the same it's trash now the front desk is rude they haven't filled my prescription after my appointment and it's been 2 days now stay away from this place

Dr.Abbasi is absolutely wonderful,been going now for a few years,always shows care and concern for me as a patient. Very understanding, always listens to issues that's going on when I go to see him very thorough,the nurses too. love his bedside manners
