I had this company install my panels a few years ago. They no longer service the system so I have to go find another company which I am still in the process of doing to do maintenance on my system.

I signed a contract with EcoMark in April 2021. They subcontracted out the install to SunTalk Solar and it was installed in June 2021. My system stopped producing power in mid August 2022. I called EcoMark to see when they could have someone out to take a look at the system, and they informed me that they no longer service solar installs, and they recommended that I go with some other third party solar servicer to get my system fixed. That third party spent 4 hours troubleshooting the system without figuring out what was wrong with it, and charged me for the service. They did end up getting half of the system online, so it wasn't all for nothing, I guess. I ended up calling SunTalk, and they were flabbergasted why EcoMark wouldn't forward me to them. Theoretically, having that third party service the solar system might have voided SunTalk's installation warranty. SunTalk came out earlier this week to take a look at the system. They spent 90 minutes troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and got the system back up to 100%. I'm not sure if using EcoMark as a solar middleperson is really worth the trouble. I would look elsewhere for a solar installation.

I've repeatedly email them about panels that need replacing and I get no response. From their recorded message it sounds like they aren't replacing bad panels anymore.

The install process with EcoMark was pretty chaotic. Installers just didn't show up on the 1st scheduled date. When they did show up, it was a several day process and they made a complete mess of my house. They left black fingerprints all over the ceiling getting into the attic, turned off our radon mitigation system (we discovered this about 6 months later), and spread insulation all over my carpet and stairs. It took several more visits to get the full system and monitoring system working, but I was just happy to have it finally working. Now, after about 10 months in, we clearly aren't going to have enough power in our bank to make it through the winter. We were promised the system would provide 100% of our power, so I tried calling to talk to someone about this and I get a recording about how they aren't installing or servicing their own systems anymore. It seems like this company is falling apart based on my experience and the other recent reviews on here.
