I paid for Consultation and had some back and forth messages with a salesperson who tried to push me in buying a door we didn't like. At one point, he stopped responding to my messages. [Update] Just replying back to the comment from the owner. A simple response to my messages saying "I'm still looking" would be enough. It sounds like a very lame excuse for ignoring customers. Nothing special about the door size. It is pretty standard.
