We were very happy with all aspects of our purchase and installation of our new Therma-Tru entry door. We went through several iterations of styles and manufacturers in coming to our final selection. The sales team - Bill & Bryan - were great. They dealt patiently and thoroughly with all our questions and helped us chose the right door. The office staff and communication was excellent, and the installation, led by Jonathan, went perfect. Once we had selected the product, we sought a couple of competitive quotes to be certain, but Davis' price and service warranty was by far the best. We are delighted with our new door and won't hesitate to recommend Davis to our friends and neighbors.

Smith Farms Boarding Kennels

I have ordered multiple doors on two different occasions. First time, they replaced the wrong door even though we pointed out the correct door to the installer and twice to the person that came out and gave us a quote. They threw away my old door and the installer said he couldn't reinstall it. Had to speak with the company (not the installer/their contractor) but after having made a complaint they initially tried to have us have our old door reinstalled but I explained the installer said that he couldn't actually do that and make the product work well and the company decided to allow us to keep the new door which unfortunately opened the wrong way and we had to wait 8 weeks for the original door we wanted to be replaced to get done. Second occasion. They installed 5 doors. One of the doors had a deadbolt cut out so now we have a hole in a door that we don't have a deadbolt need for and this was discussed with the person that came out and gave a quote. What we have found is that the original person that comes out to quote the work is very helpful when he is making the sale but after that they want no real part in assisting customers with the resolution. On the positive side the quality of the products appear to be worthwhile. I have 12 more doors I need replaced at another facility but I wouldn't use their company again. This coming from a customer that has spent over 10k with this company.
