Not bad, one less star because of lack of instructions when entering lot, another for the long wait... high lumper but it is capstone. No guard shack, just pull in close to your appointment time, pick a dock according to your load, dry docks are first, then refrigerated. Break the seal, back in and take your seal and paperwork to the center. Fill out front and back of the paper on the clip board, push the call button and put papers inside slide out box. Tell her what door you're in and then wait in your truck. They'll text you the lumper link, pay it and wait for a call to get paperwork. A green light doesn't mean paperwork is ready.

I was out of there within 2 hours way better than any other US foods that I've ever been too....

Appointment time is 1pm.🕐 Got checked in quickly, at 11am, was a tight squeeze to maneuver to the bay. The check in guys were OK👌. At this moment I'm waiting for them to off-load the truck.🚛 Since we're so early and the appointment that was ahead of us is late,and coincidentally my load and his load are going to the same location they are going swap out our loads so we can head out earlier instead of waiting till 1pm.🕐 Completed the job at 11:16am That gives us a head start to our Orlando drop off slated for 4:30am🕟 Friday morning. The early bird 🐓gets the worm. 🪱

My appt was for 8am I arrived at 440am. Got a door immediately. Done unloading at 540am. Paid lumper of $100 at 615am (took my company 35 mins to send payment)I got my papper work at 710am. Not bad at all. 5 stars because they took me in early and hey I was out of there before my appt time. There is a little truck stop 4 mins down the road. QT
