Thursday through Sunday 12pm-6pm. Went there last night at 7pm, hours were posted on the door.
Last I was there, the museum was closed.

If you have cool culture card it's free otherwise it 7 dollars
Typically, they don't. But recently, they've been showcasing small businesses in their store. One of them, Royal Jelly Harlem, is a African print clothing/ accessory line. But they do have tshirts with various phrases & images that promote blackness. You may get lucky and find something you like
