Helpful hint to mitigate readdressing confusion: Make sure to use and disseminate your zip plus four because the mail carrier routes did not change.

Very helpful people that seem to care about packages. The usps office is old and you'll need to parallel park to get in, but the workers are helpful. I had a few times where my package was lost and after contacting usps about the issue, my local post office (here) would call me and help resolve the issue.

Parking is right in front or along the right side of the building both on the public street, meters "must" be paid (though I never do) if it's difficult for you to walk I recommend the right side parking as it's closer to the wheelchair ramp and a downhill walk.
Yes Montour County did a complete readdressing about four years ago. The post office can likely confirm.
