It's right by Target. If you're entering the mall from Target, turn to your left and the Apple Store is a couple stores on your left. You'll be on the top level.

Unfortunately, to get walk-in assistance at this store takes too long. Best option is go there and set up an appointment. No guarantees for specific dates though. However, before you go, backup your device and update to the latest version of OS, or they do it during the appointment and it takes too long to get done.

Yes, early appointments are preferred. Also, have him update to the latest OS version and take a backup of files the day before the appointment. They force you to do this there if not done prior to the appointment and it takes a loooonnnggg time; you have to be present in the store until it gets done; a major waste of time.
