Unfortunately, to get walk-in assistance at this store takes too long. Best option is go there and set up an appointment. No guarantees for specific dates though. However, before you go, backup your device and update to the latest version of OS, or they do it during the appointment and it takes too long to get done.
Call ahead and schedule an appt.
All you have to do is walk in and walk up to someone with a headset.. tell them your issue and they will direct you on what to do next. They are very helpful and the wait first thing in the morning will not be long. Good luck!
