If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that has payments due by the 25th of the month when the bill is generated on the 1st. That's a net 24. By the time you get the bill in the mail, it's more like Net 18. Who demands less than a net 30 to pay the bill or incur a penalty? The customer service is a joke, they won;t accept an ACH payment - see the penalties above so you are forced to rely on the USPS to avoid a fine.

We recently had a water leak in our main water pit. Our bill was increasing dramatically every month. I called Arapahoe County Water, Lisa was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. One of the technicians came out and pumped out the water twice, one of those times was after hours. We were grateful for the excellent customer service in our time of need.

$91.05 is an obscene amount for fees! First bill and here I was thinking it was a one time fee. Ridiculous and disgusting. Glad someone is getting rich off of a basic human need

I'm giving them a 5 start rating because of 1 reason. It definitely isn't because of cost( extremely high) but any time I've had a problem Lisa one of there reps has saved the day. She is professional and very nice. Thanks you Lisa
