Lived there for 7 months apartment 1004. Just wanted to give ppl heads up before moving in. My water was never hot, tried multiple times to get it fixed with maintenance and never happened. Toward the end in april we saw a good amount of cockroaches (I was on the top floor I might add). I was paying 1100 for a 1 bedroom and my last utility bill was 200 dollars, the manager told me it was that high because they were filling the pool in may and june and watering the grass lol, I'm in a 1 bedroom. My deposit magically disappeared with the cleaning fee, the carpet cleaning fee, a painter's fee(willing to put money they didnt paint) and they said 90 dollars for some missing horizontal blinds(I left all the blinds there lol). While i was a resident i had to pay 200 dollars to get my girlfriend's window fixed because there was someone randomly breaking windows she also got her stethoscope stolen which was another 200 dollars, my neighbor got her whole back window broken out and they took nothing. The manager and apartment complex did nothing during these situations. If you do have to live there I would document everything and if you can I would not live in this apartment complex not worth it and not under good management.

Lauren & Tyesha were excellent in answering my questions and making the move in process seamless. They worked with me during my application process and were very respectful and went above and beyond to get me into my new apartment.

I thought I'd leave a review of both the management and the building itself. With regards to management, Lauren has been incredibly helpful. When I was apartment hunting around town, she was the first manager to proactively assist me in finding a unit I liked and to answer all my questions rather than act like I owed her something, as many other managers around town did. I greatly appreciated her help and professionalism. 5/5. Now for the building. It's a very quiet and safe complex, which is a huge plus factor in ABQ. I also haven't had any bug problems despite being on the first floor. However, the ceilings and outer walls are very thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around constantly and if someone is standing outside my unit, I can clearly hear them talking as if I'm standing a few feet away. Overall, I'd say even though the buildings are a little old, it's a nice place to live. 4/5.

Think 2 maybe 3 times before renting here!!! Place is infested with roaches! Even if you call and call email and email for them to help control the infestation you won’t get a response. They will leave you with roach infested appliances tell you they are going to replace them. Never replace them and make it a negotiation to raise your rent and not get you a new lease. ON TOP of that once your lease is over they will hold you over till your on a month to month paying ridiculous amount of fees fees fees until they force you to move out so they can upgrade your unit and rent it at highest market value. What this place puts people though is criminal! Yeah the areas nice but just not worth the headache heartache and money you will spend. I moved and I’m still finding where roaches were in my books, folders, under desks, basically had to disinfect everything I own. I didn’t have a dirty apartment no matter how much you clean they still come out of the pipes, dishwasher was infested, they came out of the bathroom fan in the ceilings, you name it! And not a response or concern from management just where’s your rent and o actually we are doubling your rent and not going to do anything about the broken roach filled appliances!!!
