This apartment complex has gone downhill ever since AMC took over management. They removed all the dumpsters except one, added multiple monthly charges to our accounts, and now the pool is being neglected. Why do we pay a CAM fee (which two prior management companies never charged us for) when there is overflowing trash and a green pool? This is a health issue.

AMC LLC, this is not acceptable ... Update: Greed, negligence, and incompetence. Greed – You must pay to pay your rent. Yes, that’s right, you are charged $2.95 ($35.40/year) to pay your rent online from your checking account. This is ridiculous. They are rent gouging by increasing rent 30% and hide behind the claim of market rate. People can’t afford a 30% increase, market rate or not. You are forcing people out of a place to live. It is all greed. Negligence – Emergency repairs are not being completed. When asked when repairs will be made, the only answer I get is they don’t know. When asked what I am supposed to do, you guessed it, they don’t know. Zero empathy or care how they impact their residents. Incompetence – The property is a mess. The walkways and stairs are disgusting. Residents leave their trash everywhere and place trash outside not in a trash bin. Management doesn’t do anything about it. Since taking over the property on December 7 2021 the place has severely declined. There's trash every where. The pet waste stations are overflowing with even more piled up around them. It's a disgusting health hazard. It's been that way since they took over and they have done nothing about it. Repairs are not being completed in a timely manner. I know taking over a new property can be challenging but this is not acceptable. Online payment system is not active. Can't actually pay online. You have to pay an extra $10 just to setup access to the online portal. Really?? In what world is charging the customer for something that is more convenient and easier for the management acceptable? I'd be willing to accept it if it wasn't for severe negligence in the property management.

Again, had another issue with my AC since the roofing company Solaire had installing the roofs turned off or disconnected the unit. I called the front office first thing in the morning and told them the situation and had to call back around 3:30pm on Wednesday to follow up. The lady who answered said they had a lot of work orders and didn't give me an answer if it would be fixed before they went home. I thought about it, called back twice right away and the office phone kept going to the recording. But she probably had people standing in front of her so no big deal. I called back a 3rd time, left a message for maintenance and Ryan called me back right away. It couldn't have been 2 minutes later. I explained the situation and was told air is one of the issues that takes priority over most other work orders. Ryan said, I'll be there in a few and 5 minutes later I heard him on the roof, I heard the AC compressor turn back on and my AC was working again. I don't know what he did, but I swear its never worked that good before. 🤣 Ryan has been awesome both times I had to bother him. Thank you brother!

Management has been improving throughout my time here, and so has my review. It was a mess the first few months. Jacqueline is a cool assistant manager. She gave me the opportunity to rent here when my financial situation was complicated. Really nice public areas, but the pool has not been kept up. The place presents itself as luxury, but its all a façade. The cost of rent is only justifiable because of its location.

You will need to make 3x the monthly rent to qualify.The Application Fee is $50.00 per applicant 18 years or older and the Administrative Fee is $100.00. The Security Deposit is a minimum of $200.00.
