It was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The woman who did my pedi did a good job but the tools they used were worn down and not clean, then were rinsed off in the dirty pedicure water and put away. The woman who did my nails was EXTREMELY rude. She yelled at me because I asked her to shape my nails, saying you should have told me earlier (I told her when she started filing them- normally they ask), cut my nails WAY to short before asking if length was okay. Cut me several times, burned and ripped my skin open with the electric sander, held and squeezed my fingers so tight they still hurt today and overcharged me. My nails are different lengths and shaped very uneven. And they charged my mom and I too different prices for the same work- she was also there and was cut several times. $125 is ridiculously overpriced for the pain I'm still in. I only tipped because of the pedi. I was too scared to even speak up about the work done. I will NEVER go back. Nor will my family and friends. They care more about moving people through quickly to turn a profit than they do taking care of the customers anymore. I used to enjoy this place. A few of the tecs are great, if they are in the right mood. Never again. I was nice the entire time because I was afraid if I spoke up she would cut me again. What happened to cleanliness and customer service?

I usually really like going here and has been my go to for the past year, but my last visit was the most ridiculous thing and I won’t be going back. The beginning went fine and getting the acrylics on was very precise and had no problems, however when they put a color on my nails that I didn’t want, which I voiced as well, they responded that it was a “good color” and “looks good on me”. I was getting annoyed because they weren’t listening, so I found a different design that would compliment the color instead. When they were doing the design it looked nothing like the picture and when I asked them to fix it they responded with “it looks just like the picture” and continued putting a top coat on. I wish I could make this up. Never again. I added what it was supposed to look like and what I got to prove why you should never go back.

Had a great experience here. Love the essential oils with some pedi options. Friendly staff, clean facilities, trendy vibe, lots of stations to bring a group of friends!
