Just had the grilled chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich. I have to say I think this will be my absolute LAST visit to chili’s. The bun was stale, the avocado was brown, the sandwich was cold and the fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that has never been changed. Extremely disappointing, especially for the prices they charge these days.

Quality of the food was average at best. Why they can't come up with decent salsa and fresh chips is beyond me. The location has an overall aura of mustiness and uncleanliness. On the positive side the service was shockingly good. I received otherwise in these trying times. The prices weren't bad either. If you like Chili's I would skip this location and go to the one up the street on Lincoln.

Great food and great service. My boneless chicken wings came out almost cold but the plate they were on was very warm…weird. But they fixed the problem with a fresh order of wings and took the cost of my bill. Very happy and we will return frequently!

Chili’s is usually my “go to easy meal” but I think its time to throw in the towel. To be upfront, last take out visit that I made there they left out a side item. I called and the manager was VERY nice. They offered a SIGNIFICANT gift card and I was very appreciative. So I tried again tonight. I placed an order at 430pm for a pick up time of 6pm. I arrived and put in the pick up number of parking spot 5 after about 15 minutes the kind associate Dustin came up and asked my name I told him and said I had a gift card to use. He came out with the food and the card reader but it was a code. So I wrote it down and we went from there. He was VERY kind and handled everything even after some tech glitches. I didn’t leave the pickup until 634pm though. When I got home( I live about 6 minutes away) i opened my box to find a very small and overcooked steak and 6-8 pieces of broccoli (small for an order I would think) I cut into the steak sure enough it was well done when I had asked for medium(I did that with the intention that I would give the restaurant some lead way that it would be lightly overcooked towards the “medium well” side. Sadly it was tough even before I had to reheat it in the microwave. I went to the Kipling location in Littleton for years and never had issues. It’s almost worth driving there just so I know Ill get better quality. Thankfully the salsa still tastes fine…See attached photos for reference.
