Crush is a great wine bar on the Meadows side of Castle Rock! They have a great selection of different wines to satisfy anyone's craving. They also have a small food menu for when you want a bite to eat with your wine. Our favorite thing we did was ask the waiter to build a wine flight for you. They ask why type of wine you like and then bring you 4 wines based off of what you told them! Highly recommend for a date night.

They helped fit us in last minute on Valentine’s Day evening! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine selection and loved that when viewing the wine and food menu, it would populate the suggested pairings. Not many options for people that are dairy-free like me, but the hummus plate was delicious!

Staff is very friendly....explained how to taste wine and didn't make me feel like a total idiot for not knowing. First time was a last minute birthday get together and Adam? made some litteraly PERFECT wine suggestions for me and I'm here for a second time to buy the bottle. Thanks guys!!

Such a great little place! The wine was excellent and the food matched. The bruschetta was fantastic and so was the shrimp gevonese (sp?). They even have igloos outside for a more outdoor and private experience.
