1 star because cannot do 0 stars. Extremely rude unprofessional staff today. Had an unopened box to return because they sold me the wrong size coil even after they were provided with the proper description of what was needed. The clerk said they cannot take returns due to some regulation. I asked if instead of returning the item if I could just get store credit, since they sold me the wrong product to begin with. The clerk said he could give me a 10% discount on my next purchase but nothing more. That would not have even come close to covering my expense for their mistake. I explained that we have been loyal customers and spend a lot at their business $$$$ and always tip them as well. Then another very aggressive staff member ran over and got in my face, repeating their policy to me but being very loud and rude. The conversation escalated and the aggressive staff member began cussing and he even called me "priveleged white people." Privileged? They are the ones that have a tip jar. I don't get tips to do my job. Needless to say they made a mistake and did not make it right for the customer. They actually made it worse. Worst experience of my life at a place of business. Needless to say I will NEVER give VAPEz my business again

Edited: I am changing my review because instead of fixing a hostile work environment they terminate the person making the complaint! Sorry peeps that went in because of Bill he no longer works there. Absolutely love this shop! Knowledgeable staff willing to help smokers quit smoking and walk them through what's the best fit! As a active member in the vape community this is hands down what you want in a shop!

Don’t go here unless you “know exactly what you need” because they will sell you the wrong coil and when you bring them back brand new they won’t even give you in store credit and tell you it’s your fault for not knowing your equipment. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’ve lost my business for sure, and much more money than the $25 coils that they wouldn’t even exchange for me.
