Falling in love with a community is, in my opinion, one of the reasons that makes a living situation worth living in. We moved to get away from denver culture. What a breath of fresh air this has been so far. The slow paced culture, and kind friendly neighbors have impressed us and made us feel right at home. You can tell the residents care about this community. Between the sunset walks to the park, restaurants, and the beautiful apartment - we are in love and so glad we made springs at castle rock our home 😊

The first thing I noticed about the Springs was the meticulous care of the property and stunning pool and club house. The apartments are spotless and Nicole goes above and beyond to match you with your desired apartment. The master bedrooms are spacious and overall a great value. Close to everything, including green space and a variety of trails.

The staff at The Springs have been wonderful and very helpful, from the application process to move-in and maintenance. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in, and the property is maintained professionally. The amenities and location are really nice, too.

I came back to edit my poor review from first moving in. I had some initial mailbox key frustrations, however over the course of the year I feel Nicole, Alex and Dustin have been a really great team. I absolutely love my loft and it has become home. The gym is beautiful and rarely used . My maintenance request are handled promptly . Thanks everyone for turning around my experience . My only recommendation is the dog park being cleaner ( but I think it is hard during snow season) thank you
