Lived there for 20+ yrs, rent always paid on time too.. The old Mgr. Kim was a Gossip, & Trouble maker. She & her coherts illegally evicted us from OUR MOBILE HOME WE PAID FOR.!! Only given 2 weeks notice to move.!!! Absolutely worst Company ever... IPG.. GLAD,. Kim was fired.!! Do yourself a favor, Don't move here.!!!! Terrible management.. We want our $ 50,000.00 we paid in cash back when you sell the house. It's in an email....💯🥴

These are residents
All of our homes are (semi) permanently placed and owner occupied - we do not have any vacant lots. If a lot opens up for some reason, we will place a brand new home and sell it.
Castle Park is a home owner-occupied only community. Residents own the manufactured home and lease the space it's on. No rentals or RV spaces.
