Had a problem with billing issue, the night desk clark was rude and unprofessional. The pool needs work, room out dated. The only plus was the beds were comfortable

I honestly believe the complimentary breakfast selection needs to be updated. Also we were told the pool was closed and unavailable but as I was checking out I saw multiple people in the pool, which was very disappointing because why were we told we couldn't get in the pool???

I loved this hotel the rooms are nice and affordable. The restaurant down stairs is great and convenient and there's a pool and exercise room. One older front desk lady who was awful but the rest of the staff nice 🙂

My family and i had a wonderful time. The hotel was more than i expected. The staff was friendly and accommodated me and my family needs within minute. It was easy to find the ice machine and use it. They provided variations to the free complimentary breakfast. The children loved it. The pool was safe and user friendly and even the other guest were helpful. I didn't know that they used sea salt in the pool until i got in but i was comfortable with it and my feet looked great after getting out. I higher recommend them and plan on taking more trips there just because. Thank y'all for your services.
