Great place! We had family from several states who all stayed here. Everyone was very happy. Clean quite and very pet friendly. If I'm ever in need in the area this will be my first choice.

The shower wall still had soap in string of blonde and black Hair left behind. Wanted to tell the front desk. But another lady was beside her in few people behind me. I didn't want to put the hotel on blash.It was room 219. The person name that clean the room was Jenn she left her name on the pillow.. My name is Cynthia Davis. Would like to half of my money back.

Over zealous attempts to clean and lackluster results. Unclean linen when checked in: there are stains and trash on the sofa bed. Had to go to the front desk to pick up cleaner ones and do it ourselves because of a “lack of staff.” The next day, we got aggressive knocks on the door twice one hour before our check out. The bathtub is stained with grease: one simple wipe could have easily cleaned it. There’s also minor issues such as the water marks on the ceiling and a funny smell in the lobby. Please stop harassing the guests and actually do basic cleaning. Update: the manager is quick to provide reasonable compensation, which we appreciate.

This place is a dump. So dirty. Rooms smell like smoke. There is mold and updates are badly needed. So loud. Pool is closed. I am pretty sure my room was not cleaned (or not cleaned well) prior to arrival. Go somewhere else.
