Room wasn't bad, with that said. I didn't have any bathroom amenities. Shower gel dispenser was empty and body was dispenser lid was on loose. Firt day shower wasn't working correctly, couldn't regulate water temperature. By the second day water wouldn't turn on, called front desk and they offered my to take a shower at another room but to EXCUSE THE SMELL. Horrible experience DONT STAY HERE.

Definitely wetting fan of this franchise, I know exactly what to expect every time, brand new hotel, capacity for 6, full size refrigerator, full size microwave, dishwasher?, Yes, who need so many things ?, Clean, clear , breakfast, is a lot of good reason to choose this branch

Rooms were nice and roomy. Breakfast is standard. Staff was very nice. Property is kept nice. Walls and floors very thin so you can hear everything. People sound like they are stomping all the time and you can clearly hear others conversations and TVs. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. Over all very nice place but can get noisy with the very thin walls.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Website says checkout is 12 pm and check in 4pm, but don’t plan on utilizing the room for the entire 18 hours you paid for. Both stays housekeeping started aggressively cleaning at 10am.. first stay the woman had her cart right outside my door and made it a point to bang into the wall, door etc until I got up. Second stay was even worse. Woke up at 10am, 2 hours before checkout, to a guy pounding on the door while yelling housekeeping over over until I woke up. Some then made it a point to come make loud noises right outside the door every 20 minutes until I left. Room was great the first stay but second was pretty frustrating. The girl checking me in put me in the very last room at the end of the hall. There was no reason for this since the hotel wasn’t close to full judging from the parking lot (unless there was a clown convention). Assuming she didn’t like the way I look. “Oh you don’t know that” you say? Well let me tell you that not only was I the last room, but I was placed in a wing where a ton of little kids were staying. They were completely unchecked so I got to listen to them running up and down the hallways screaming well into the night. Also in that room there was no table for the couch like the first stay and the shower head was broken and would only shoot out painful streaks in random directions. TVs suck. Can’t plug your own device into them. Can’t cast to them. Wi-fi blocks streaming sites and cell reception is terrible so you can’t use LTE or a hotspot. Woke up with itchy bright red eyes. Was confused until while leaving I noticed every other guest had a dog. If you’re going to allow pets in rooms you need to clean the better or give people without pets non-pet rooms. Headed to the pharmacy now due to that.
