The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The staff made my stay very uncomfortable due to their poor attitudes. Very unprofessional. Sherry and Amanda need a course on ethics so they can learn to treat their guests better.

Nice guest rooms; comfortable. I would suggest the staff become more knowledgeable with customer service in dealing with English as a Second Language individuals. One staff member seemed rather out of sorts when a customer could not understand their questions.

The food and staff in both the lounge and restaurant were wonderful, the food in the lounge was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was mediocre. Pool was great and overall clean and enjoyable hotel. The only downside was the bed, it was the worst hotel bed I've tried to sleep in. Otherwise highly recommend.

I'm a traveling health professional and I stayed at this hotel for 13 weeks and this was the best housing experience ive had in 5 years!!!! The staff is amazing! From Sherri the manager and her front desk staff to Alexis and Kathy in Tjs restaurant, friendly,accommodating, diligent and professional. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, the rooms are always clean, smell fresh and well prepared and stocked, they are friendly in the halls and when asked for extra things. I could go on and on about this hotel forever, they made me feel safe and like I was at home, which is hard when youre away from home 3 months at a time. I can't thank you enough, I truly appreciate you!!
