This hotel is in very poor condition. They accept pets and we had dogs barking throughout the night, no elevator for 2nd floor, our room was supposedly just refinished, bathroom was nasty, towels were all snagged up, thin and stained. The offered breakfast but nothing with protein, high carbs so we had to go purchase after we left. Anything but Quality.

Honestly highly disappointed in this hotel. I found a pocketknife IN the bed and do you know what staff told me? “Oh well we have construction going on right now so it was probably one of the maintenance guys.” That is SO unsafe, especially if children had been staying in this room. They didn’t even offer a discount or to move me to another room. I also found yellow stains all over the bed sheets, and my shower water was so hot I couldn’t even shower. I will be requesting a refund for this disgusting and unsafe stay.

From what I could see, the hotel was well maintained and they are in the process of doing some remodeling. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and very modern. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Could have used more pillows. We had a delicious dinner at a local pizza place and wandered around the various local shops.
