For the sheer hospitality of these people, they are absolutely amazing. My niece and nephew simply needed to use the restroom and they were kind enough to let us in to do just that. After my niece and nephew finished up in their restroom they offered the us all a bottle of water. I only accepted two bottles out of respect. Thanks guys, you are absolutely amazing.

Nicest Hilton Garden Inn we have ever stayed at. Everyone was super friendly and service was great. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We tried the restaurant for dinner and were not disappointed. Yum! Can't wait to visit again.

Tracy at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly and outgoing. Bill, a server in the food/bar area was very nice, informative about the area as we checked in. The day we left we had breakfast and he was our server and still friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again! Also, would recommend to anyone heading to Akron! The convenience/location was fabulous, as we saw a show at the Goodyear Theatre and the hotel was in walking distance!

This was the absolute best Hilton we have visit! It was quiet, clean, extremely convenient, and the customer service was wonderful! The pool area was clean with plenty of towels. We are at the restaurant which was reasonably priced with sizeable portions. All in all I would definitely recommend this Hilton and will not stay anywhere else when I am in the area.

They offer "free" shuttle within a "5 mile radius." I'm certain there will be upcharges on modifications to anything outside the free service.
We have an indoor pool and hot tub. None of our guest rooms have a jacuzzi.
I think they need a credit card on file regardless of how you pay. I imagine if they have rooms available you would not need a reservation.

It is not a "pet-friendly" hotel. I would call ahead for policies on service animals, as those regulations differ.
Depends on the night, what is going on in the area, and what kind of room you are staying in. I have paid more and less there, based upon if there is a football game or not. The price is definitely worth it though, beautiful hotel, it's very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly at all hours.
